全球資產(chǎn)泡沫開始破滅。這一輪泡沫破滅的市場特征是：陰跌。

歐債泡沫的起源來自歐元。歐盟的成立，表達(dá)了人類追求和平的美好心愿，而各國財(cái)政各自獨(dú)立的情況，使用同一種貨幣，盡管理想很遠(yuǎn)大，但是實(shí)現(xiàn)起來卻非常艱難。目前的困境，就是各國債務(wù)不同，無法找到解決辦法。

中國房價(jià)泡沫起源于貨幣濫發(fā)，破滅于貨幣回收。世界上沒有一個國家房價(jià)泡沫破滅的如此優(yōu)雅，投資人很多300萬的房產(chǎn)，一夜間100多萬就不見了，也就鬧鬧算了。這個表明，人民幣已經(jīng)成為廢紙，長期下去所有人都會將人民幣變成資產(chǎn)，而不愿去將紙幣進(jìn)行流通，那將對人民幣是一場災(zāi)難。所以，央行正在拼命回收貨幣，房價(jià)泡沫正在破滅。

美債的泡沫正在衍生，債券占GDP的比重上限不斷上移，移到不可再移時，泡沫就將破滅。這才全球經(jīng)濟(jì)最恐怖的泡沫，也是不可收拾的。

這一輪全球泡沫如此泛濫，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)史上極為罕見，其源頭是貨幣泡沫開始泛濫。重災(zāi)區(qū)是所謂新經(jīng)濟(jì)體國家，而在新經(jīng)濟(jì)體國家當(dāng)中，貨幣泡沫最嚴(yán)重的是中國。房價(jià)泡沫是貨幣泡沫的市場表象。貨幣泡沫引發(fā)通脹，通脹的先導(dǎo)是房價(jià)上漲，隨后是萬千種商品價(jià)格的上漲。我們現(xiàn)在看見的是，只有房價(jià)不漲，而其他商品價(jià)格包括人力資源都在上漲中，只有房價(jià)泡沫徹底破滅，其他商品價(jià)格才會停止上漲。
